• All bookings, recommendations, or arrangements are made exclusively with Affiliates.
• The actual delivery of services, legal compliance, and professional standards are the sole responsibility of the selected Affiliate.

• No Insurance Held: Adira Lifestyle Inc. does not hold general or professional liability insurance for services arranged.
• Affiliate Insurance: All Affiliates coordinated by us are required to provide proof of current insurance and appropriate licensing.
• Clients acknowledge and accept that the Affiliate is solely responsible for insurance coverage and responding to any claims arising from service delivery.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing Affiliate credentials and may request insurance or licensing proof before scheduling or accepting any service.
• All contracts for services are between the Client and the Affiliate, not Adira Lifestyle Inc.
• Clients must comply with the stated policies, cancellation terms, and requirements of the chosen Affiliate.

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the written policies of both Adira Lifestyle Inc. and the Affiliate.
• Notice (typically 42–72 hours before scheduled service, depending on type) is required for any potential refund eligibility.
• Written notice and approval are required; certain fees may be non-refundable.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the Affiliate’s policy.

• In the event of a dispute relating to Affiliate services, the Client must address the issue directly with the Affiliate.
• Adira Lifestyle Inc. may, at its discretion, assist in communication but holds no liability for service delivery or dispute outcome.
• Any unresolved matters relating to coordination services are subject to binding arbitration under Florida law, exclusive jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.
• Class action and jury trial waivers apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adira Lifestyle Inc. expressly disclaims:
• All liability for any loss, injury, damages, or expenses arising from the use of Affiliate services, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, unsatisfactory experience, or force majeure events.
• Any warranty, express or implied, regarding service quality or availability.
• Total liability for coordination services, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the Client for such services and excludes indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adira Lifestyle Inc., its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense arising from: • The Client’s choice and use of Affiliate services;
• Any breach of these Terms;
• Misuse or unlawful use of services arranged through this site.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Data is collected, stored, and processed as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with ADA, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Personal information is disclosed to Affiliates strictly as needed to fulfill coordination requests.

• This website and the majority of its content, trademarks, and intellectual property are the property of Adira Concierge Inc. and/or its licensors and affiliates. Some visual or written content is licensed from, uses inspiration from, or is credited to third-party creators or social media sources, as indicated where applicable.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary or licensed content is strictly prohibited. Any third-party content remains the property of its respective owner and is used in accordance with applicable copyright, license, or fair use principles.
